The quality of the cheese is over the top. Hard to go back to store bought- I dont think I will. There is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning- but once you get the hang of it, its really easy.

It's my new obsession. Ive made ricotta, mozzarella and cream cheese already, and im starting a cheddar now. All have come out delicious. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the sky is the limit.

This is a game changer! I can control the ingredients and experiment with different types of cheese.
