The slow fermentation of milk creates natural, healthy, probiotic rich yogurt. With just a few steps, you can create your own homemade yogurt to flavor as you like!

Steps

1. Instructions
Attach the soft cutter/mixer on the shaft in the heating pot, without the drainer.
2. +Milk
Please add: 3 liter of pasteurized cow milk.
3. Mix
Time: 00:30:00
Temperature: 85 °C
Speed: 30 RPM
4. Instructions
Cool the milk down to 109F (43C) by placing the milk in a seperate pot for about 2 hours in the freezer. Or put the heating pot in the refrigerator for 5 hours. Do not put the heating pot directly into a freezer.
5. +Ingredients
Please add:
2 g of Fromaggio Craft Yogurt Starter Culture6. Mix
Time: 00:01:00
Temperature: 43 °C
Speed: 100 RPM
7. Instructions
In the following 12 hours, the curd will acidify. Your intervention will only be requested after this time, to transfer the yogurt.
8. Heat
Time: 12:00:00
Temperature: 35 °C
Speed: OFF
9. Instructions
Transfer into a container and refrigerate.
